Orientation 101

Our next volunteer training will be November 4th at 6:30pm at the Central Campus. The training will be located in A118. This training is mandatory for all volunteers within the children’s ministry. This training is for children’s ministry volunteers at all campuses. If you did not attend our trainings in September or October, please make plans to attend this training.

Reminder: All new and existing volunteers must attend on volunteer training and turn in paperwork by January 1st, 2009.

Check-In Procedures

The goal of Asbury Church Children’s Ministry is to ensure safety. All campuses use the Lamblist electronic system to check in/out their children. All parents must personally drop off and pick up their child. Parents will receive a ticket with a number that will be given to the teacher when picking up their child(ren). If you lose the ticket, we will ask for identification. The system allows us to provide nametags and information to the teachers. We will continue to use the pagers for the children birth-2years at the Central campus. Children that attend both the 9:15am and 10:45am Sunday school classes at Central and Linwood will be transported by the teacher to their next class.
