Appointments and Fees

If you desire to schedule an appointment with the Asbury Counseling Center, please call the Administration Complex at 942-1491 and ask to speak with Amy Beckmann. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday morning at the Central Campus and Thursdays at the Linwood Campus. Therapists reserve the right to charge a $20.00 fee for canceled or missed appointments. If appointments are rescheduled more than 3 times, the therapist may request may request a referral to another agency. Many times there is a list for those waiting for therapy services.

We do not accept insurance at this time; however, our fees are comparable to those of insurance co-pay. Client payment is designated by the use of a sliding scale. Those clients who are in financial hardship and attend Asbury Church, financial assistance may be available upon application. If a therapist is required to be in court or produce court-related documents for a client, the therapist will charge for services rendered.
